sp;Also reaching the radar of NBA news today was Jason Kidd's announcement that he wants out of New Jersey, a team he led to the NBA finals. I know that the Magic are pretty capped out, but they should at least make a phone call to inquire of Kidd's availability. One thing for sure, the Magic can't win a championship with Jameer Nelson as the starting point guard and Kidd will instantly put them in the contender category. They should make an offer of Nelson, Dooling, the expiring contract of Pat Garrity and James Agustine and some draft Picks. This package would create financial flexibility to the Nets and the picks that they would need to rebuild. The magic meanwhile will get one of the premier point guards in the league and the chance to win it all this year!
